Digital integrator QSOFT has developed a mobile application for the AVTODOM Group of Companies and the AutoSpetsCenter Group of Companies, the largest Russian automobile holdings. The application has become a new channel of interaction with the audience. This development made it possible to automate business processes and reduce the load on company call centers. The new application is equipped with functionality for existing and potential clients.
Those who already use the services of company dealerships can now add their cars to a virtual garage in their personal account. All information about the car and the history of technical inspections (repairs and generated work orders) are stored here too. Moreover, the service will remind the user of the need to take out insurance or undergo maintenance.
You can leave a request and choose a convenient time and specialist, add a reminder to calendar, or build a route to the nearest service center in the mobile application. In addition, the client will see in the application his level of the bonus program, the history of accruals and debits, and up-to-date information on currently existing tariffs. Each guest can generate a QR-code in the application to receive a welcome coffee when visiting the dealership.
A catalog of vehicles available for purchase (from cars to motorcycles and commercial vehicles) is available for potential clients in the application. You can save any car as a favorite or share it, view detailed photos and descriptions, get information about promotions and sign up for a test drive.
