During the meeting the participants discussed pressing issues of the modern market: from reducing repair times through a detailed analysis of the causes of delays and finding optimal solutions to ensuring the availability of spare parts by optimizing logistics chains and procurement. They paid special attention to improving the interaction between insurance companies, car dealers and clients. This allows for increased transparency of communications and makes the service as efficient as possible.
