AVTODOM Pulkovo won in the category Telephone Sales Professionals of the Auto.ru Customer Service Index Award – 2024

More than 170 representatives of dealerships from all over Russia attended the ceremony. 23 companies became laureates of the award in eight nominations. The best dealers from Moscow, St. Petersburg and the regions were determined in each of the nominations.

Awards are distributed based on the Customer Service Index (CSI). CSI is based on reviews from real customers who communicated with representatives of car dealerships about purchasing a car in 2024. The AVTODOM Pulkovo dealership won the Telephone Sales Professionals nomination of the Auto.ru Customer Service Index award of 2024.
