High-quality HONGQI brand cars are presented at the HONGQI AVTODOM Vostok

 In February 2025, the leading research company J.D. Power published the results of a study on the reliability of Chinese cars for 2024. The HONGQI brand took first place among independent car brands in China. This success confirms the high quality of HONGQI cars and the growing trust of car owners.

 J.D. Power has been analyzing the reliability of cars in the Chinese market for 16 years. It surveys owners who have been driving their cars for 13 to 48 months. The frequency of malfunctions in categories such as exterior, interior, displays, multimedia system, climate control, seats, powertrain, driving assistance features and overall driving experience were assessed as part of the study. The results are calculated using the PP100 index (Problems Per 100). A lower score indicates fewer problems encountered by car owners.

 33 317 owners of cars purchased from January 2020 to June 2023 took part in the study in 2024. 229 models from 44 different brands were considered. The survey was conducted in 81 major cities in China from February to July 2024. HONGQI showed the best results among Chinese brands. It showed the lowest average number of remarks. This result confirms the brand’s sustainable development, its focus on high product quality and its commitment to customer satisfaction.

 HONGQI models in Russia: popular HS3 and HS5 crossovers, flagship electric crossover E-HS9 and minivan HQ9 and business and executive class sedans H5 and H9. These are traditionally present in the line of premium brands. By the end of 2025, the Manufacturer plans to expand the line to ten models by releasing the H6 liftback, the flagship gasoline large-size crossover HS7 and the luxury class sedan L1.

The HQ9 will be presented with a 2.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engine with a capacity of 245 hp and an 8-speed automatic transmission on the Russian market.
